Preemie and Micro-Preemie Dolls These dolls are similar in height to real premature infants and are filled with polypropelene beads (beans) which allow them to be positioned realistically. Hospital staff can use these life-like dolls to practice positioning techniques, and to help parents overcome fears or concerns related to holding their baby.
